Great topic. I hope that in one of the future episodes you will discuss using some the terrain and locations distinctive to the Dragon Empire, such as hellholes, koru, Overworld, the Moonwreck, etc. Also, in the most recent issue of Escalation, I offered suggestions on how to adapt 5e’s Lair actions to 13th Age. Many lair actions are terrain affects.
